Private/Semi-Private Sessions

All private and semi-private sessions should be scheduled directly with the studio. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule. We offer private & semi-private sessions in studio, following CDC safety guidelines or online via Zoom. Please let us know your preference.

Group Exercise Schedule

We offer group classes both in-studio and virtually via Zoom.  We can also create a customized class if you have a group of family, friends or colleagues that would like to workout together. Please contact us at [email protected] or 617-852-6785 for availability and more details.

Pilates Mat with Props

Wednesdays @ 9:45am via Zoom –  Mara/Vania

Wednesdays @ 7:30pm in the studio –  Mara

This class is a whole body conditioning routine with a focus on the core muscles. Using  small and large stability balls, small hand weights, resistance bands, and other equipment, this class brings your core training to a whole new level. Prepare to use your legs, abdominals, arms, hips and back with a specific approach to create long, lean and toned muscles. The combination of muscle toning, improved flexibility and thoughtful exercise will change your body and improve your posture.  Students must bring their own props to virtual classes.
